Q. Do you ship to the USA and Australia?
A. Yes, we ship worldwide. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for more information on your destination. Our checkout also calculates shipping options.

Q. Can I buy your bags in any shops?
A. Currently we are online only operating as an independent business.

Q. Are duties and taxes payable for goods delivered outside of the UK?
A. Yes. Please check the value at which duties and taxes are payable on goods ordered from the UK.

Product Care

Q. How do I clean my bag?
A. Workplay Bags are made with durable fabrics but for any outdoor muck like mud we recommend wiping clean with a damp cloth. Please avoid your washing machine!
